Absent: ChairpersonNixt, and Board Member Levine. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Van $coy recessed the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:05 p.m. until <br />determination is made in the Planning Commission meeting regarding the 2 cases on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Van Scoy resumed the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:50p.m. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Cul-de-sac Length for the Proposed Subdivision of <br />Shade Tree Creek; Case of Shade Tree Communities <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Brauer to continue the public <br />hearing and request for variance to cul-de-sac length for the proposed subdivision of Shade Tree <br />Creek until the March Board of Adjustment meeting. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Van Scoy noted that one comment he would like to make in terms of potential <br />development is that the thought was when they did the cluster development that this would <br />provide an opportunity to do a lot more density transitioning with the initial development.
