PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2006, <br />2005, at the Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent; <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Planner Breanna Dalnes <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson called the regular meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #1 Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for Year 2006 <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson nominated Michael Nixt as Chairperson for 2006. Commissioner <br />Shepherd seconded the nomination. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland to re-elect Michael <br />Nixt as Chairperson for 2006. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Van Scoy, Cleveland, Brauer, Johnson, and <br />Shepherd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, and Commissioner Levine. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy nominated Robert Johnson as Vice Chairperson for 2006. <br />Commissioner Shepherd seconded the nomination. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd to re-Robert Johnson <br />as Vice Chairperson for 2006. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Johnson, Shepherd, and Van <br />Scoy. Voting No: None.
