Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda and Committee Members Olds. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Committee Members Max, Sitz, Bauer and Connolly. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda suggested making plans to familiarize the Planning Commission with the <br />draft ordinance as they will be conducting the required public hearing. <br /> <br />The consensus was to plan for a public hearing at the May Planning Commission meeting. The <br />plan is that the Planning Commission will be provided with a copy of the draft ordinance at <br />their April 7 meeting. A follow up question and answer session will be scheduled for the <br />Planning Commission's special meeting on April 21. Ms. Frolik should invite Loren Gordon of <br />Hoisington Koegler and Jim Arndt of Peterson Environmental to the April 21 meeting and the <br />May 5t~ public hearing. <br /> <br />Case #2 Review Seeding Specifications <br /> <br />The seeding specs were deferred to Committee Member Max for review. <br /> <br />Case #3: Environmental Expo <br /> <br />Mr. Bacon stated that there are 3 booths being reserved for the Environmental Task Force, the <br />Parks Commission and the Economic Development Authority. He also noted that the Anoka <br />Conservation District will be represented at the May 7 Environmental Expo. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that the Environmental Task Force booth will focus on the proposed <br />wetland buffer ordinance. And, perhaps the Park Commission and the Environmental Task <br />Force can jointly address the proposed greenways corridor. <br /> <br />TASK FORCE INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Olds and seconded by Chairperson McDilda to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
