HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />4.1 Subd. 11. Cannabinoid extraction. "Cannabinoid extraction" means the process of <br />4.2 extracting cannabis concentrate from cannabis plants or cannabis flower using heat, pressure, <br />4.3 water, lipids, gases, solvents, or other chemicals or chemical processes, but does not include <br />4.4 the process of extracting concentrate from hemp plants or hemp plant parts or the process <br />4.5 of creating any artificially derived cannabinoid. <br />4.6 Subd. 12. Cannabinoid profile. "Cannabinoid profile" means the amounts of each <br />4.7 cannabinoid that the office requires to be identified in testing and labeling, including but <br />4.8 not limited to delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, cannabidiol, <br />4.9 cannabidiolic acid, and cannabigerol in cannabis flower, a cannabis product, a batch of <br />4.10 artificially derived cannabinoid, a lower -potency hemp edible, a hemp -derived consumer <br />4.11 product, or a hemp -derived topical product expressed as percentages measured by weight <br />4.12 and, in the case of cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived <br />4.13 consumer products, expressed as milligrams in each serving and package. <br />4.14 Subd. 13. Cannabis business. "Cannabis business" means any of the following licensed <br />4.15 under this chanter: <br />4.16 <br />(1) <br />cannabis microbusiness; <br />4.17 <br />(2) <br />cannabis mezzobusiness; <br />4.18 <br />(3) <br />cannabis cultivator; <br />4.19 <br />(4) <br />cannabis manufacturer; <br />4.20 <br />(5) <br />cannabis retailer; <br />4.21 <br />(6) <br />cannabis wholesaler; <br />4.22 <br />(7) <br />cannabis transporter; <br />4.23 <br />(8) <br />cannabis testing facility; <br />4.24 <br />(9) <br />cannabis event organizer; <br />4.25 <br />(10) <br />cannabis delivery service; <br />4.26 <br />(11) <br />medical cannabis cultivator; <br />4.27 <br />(12) <br />medical cannabis processor; and <br />4.28 <br />(13) <br />medical cannabis retailer. <br />4.29 <br />Subd. 14. Cannabis concentrate. (a) "Cannabis concentrate" means: <br />4.30 <br />(1) <br />the extracts and resins of a cannabis plant or cannabis flower; <br />Article 1 Section 1. 4 <br />
