HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />93.1 (2) lower -potency hemp edible retailer. <br />93.2 Subd. 2. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business may hold both <br />93.3 a lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer and lower -potency hemp edible retailer license. <br />93.4 (b) Nothing in this section prohibits a person, cooperative, or business from holding a <br />93.5 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer license, a lower -potency hemp edible retailer <br />93.6 license, or both, and also holding a license to cultivate industrial hemp issued pursuant to <br />93.7 chapter 18K. <br />93.8 (c) Nothing in this section prohibits a person, cooperative, or business from holding a <br />93.9 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer license, a lower -potency hemp edible retailer <br />93.10 license, or both, and also holding any other license, including but not limited to a license <br />93.11 to prepare or sell food; sell tobacco, tobacco -related devices, electronic delivery devices as <br />93.12 defined in section 609.685, subdivision 1, and nicotine and lobelia delivery products as <br />93.13 described in section 609.6855; or manufacture or sell alcoholic beverages as defined in <br />93.14 section 340A.101, subdivision 2. <br />93.15 (d) A person, cooperative, or business holding a lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer <br />93.16 license, a lower -potency he edible retailer license, or both, may not hold a cannabis <br />93.17 business license. <br />93.18 Sec. 44. [342.441 HEMP BUSINESS LICENSES; APPLICATIONS AND ISSUANCE. <br />93.19 Subdivision 1. Application; contents. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this <br />93.20 subdivision, the provisions of this chapter relating to license applications, license selection <br />93.21 criteria, general ownership disqualifications and requirements, and general operational <br />93.22 requirements do not apply to hemp businesses. <br />93.23 (b) The office, by rule, shall establish forms and procedures for the processing of hemp <br />93.24 licenses issued under this chapter. At a minimum, any application to obtain or renew a hemp <br />93.25 license shall include the following information, if applicable: <br />93.26 (1) the name, address, and date of birth of the applicant; <br />93.27 (2) the address and legal property description of the business; <br />93.28 (3) proof of trade name registration; <br />93.29 (4) certification that the applicant will comply with the requirements of this chapter <br />93.30 relating to the ownership and operation of a hemp business; <br />93.31 (5) identification of one or more controlling persons or managerial employees as agents <br />93.32 who shall be responsible for dealing with the office on all matters; and <br />Article 1 Sec. 44. 93 <br />
