HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />128.1 maintained by the manufacturer or distributor if that page contains all of the information <br />128.2 required by this subdivision. <br />128.3 Subd. 6. Additional warnings. The office shall review medical and scientific literature <br />128.4 to determine whether it is appropriate to require additional health and safety warnings <br />128.5 regarding the impact of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />128.6 and hemp -derived consumer products. The review must specifically include the identification <br />128.E of any risks associated with use by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by women planning <br />128.8 to become pregnant, and the effects use has on brain development for those under the age <br />128.9 of 25. Any additional labeling requirement must contain only information that is supported <br />128.10 by credible science and is helpful to consumers in considering potential health risks. <br />128.11 Subd. 7. Additional information. (a) A cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, <br />128.12 cannabis retailer, or medical cannabis retailer must provide customers and patients with the <br />128.13 following information: <br />128.14 (1) factual information about impairment effects and the expected timing of impairment <br />128.15 effects, side effects, adverse effects, and health risks of cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />128.16 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products, <br />128.17 (2) a statement that customers and patients must not operate a motor vehicle or heavy <br />128.18 machinery while under the influence of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency <br />128.19 hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products; <br />128.20 (3) resources customers and patients may consult to answer questions about cannabis <br />128.21 flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer <br />128.22 products, and any side effects and adverse effects; <br />128.23 (4) contact information for the poison control center and a safety hotline or website for <br />128.24 customers to report and obtain advice about side effects and adverse effects of cannabis <br />128.25 flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer <br />128.26 products; and <br />128.27 (5) any other information specified by the office. <br />128.28 (b) A cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, cannabis retailer, or medical <br />128.29 cannabis retailer may include the information described in paragraph (a) on the label affixed <br />128.30 to the packaging or container of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp <br />128.31 edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products by: <br />128.32 (1) posting the information in the premises of the cannabis microbusiness, cannabis <br />128.33 mezzobusiness, cannabis retailer, or medical cannabis retailer: or <br />Article 1 Sec. 63. 128 <br />
