HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />177.1 Sec. 5. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.01, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />177.2 read: <br />177.3 Subd. 29. Cannabis product. "Cannabis product" has the meaning given in section <br />177.4 342.01, subdivision 19. <br />177.5 Sec. 6. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.01, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />177.6 read: <br />177.7 Subd. 30. Edible cannabis product. "Edible cannabis product" has the meaning given <br />177.8 in section 342.01, subdivision 29. <br />177.9 Sec. 7. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.01, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />177.1 o read: <br />177.11 Subd. 31. Hemp -derived consumer product. "Hemp -derived consumer product" has <br />177.12 the meaning given in section 342.01, subdivision 35. <br />177.13 Sec. 8. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.01, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />177.14 read: <br />177.15 Subd. 32. Lower -potency hemp edible. "Lower -potency hemp edible" has the meaning <br />177.16 given in section 342.01. subdivision 48. <br />177.17 Sec. 9. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.021, subdivision 1, is amended to read: <br />177.18 Subdivision 1. Sale crimes. A person is guilty of controlled substance crime in the first <br />177. i 9 degree if: <br />177.20 (1) on one or more occasions within a 90-day period the person unlawfully sells one or <br />177.21 more mixtures of a total weight of 17 grams or more containing cocaine or methamphetamine; <br />177.22 (2) on one or more occasions within a 90-day period the person unlawfully sells one or <br />177.23 more mixtures of a total weight of ten grams or more containing cocaine or methamphetamine <br />177.24 and: <br />177.25 (i) the person or an accomplice possesses on their person or within immediate reach, or <br />177.26 uses, whether by brandishing, displaying, threatening with, or otherwise employing, a <br />177.27 firearm; or <br />177.28 (ii) the offense involves two aggravating factors; <br />Article 4 Sec. 9. 177 <br />
