[340A.4022] RETAIL LICENSE NOT PROHIBITED; LOWER -POTENCY <br />242.2 HEMP EDIBLES. <br />242.3 (a) Nothing in this chapter: <br />242.4 (1) prohibits the issuance of a retail license or permit to a person also holding a hemp <br />242.5 business license authorizing the manufacture or retail sale of lower -potency hemp edibles; <br />242.6 (2) allows any agreement between a licensing authority and retail license or permit holder <br />242.7 that prohibits the license or permit holder from also holding a lower -potency hemp edible <br />242.8 manufacturer or retailer license; or <br />242.9 (3) allows the revocation or suspension of a retail license or permit, or the imposition <br />242.10 of a penalty on a retail license or permit holder, due to the retail license or permit holder <br />242.11 also holding a lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer or retailer license. <br />242.12 (b) For purposes of this section, "hemp business license authorizing manufacture or <br />242.13 retail sale of lower -potency he edibles" means a license issued by the Office of Cannabis <br />242.14 Management pursuant to sections 342.43 to 342.46. <br />242.15 Sec. 37. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 340A.412, subdivision 14, is amended to read: <br />242.16 Subd. 14. Exclusive liquor stores. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, <br />242.17 an exclusive liquor store may sell only the following items: <br />242.18 (1) alcoholic beverages; <br />242.19 (2) tobacco products; <br />242.20 (3) ice; <br />242.21 (4) beverages, either liquid or powder, specifically designated for mixing with intoxicating <br />242.22 liquor; <br />242.23 (5) soft drinks; <br />242.24 (6) liqueur -filled candies; <br />242.25 (7) food products that contain more than one-half of one percent alcohol by volume; <br />242.26 (8) cork extraction devices; <br />242.27 (9) books and videos on the use of alcoholic beverages; <br />242.28 (10) magazines and other publications published primarily for information and education <br />242.29 on alcoholic beverages; <br />242.30 (11) multiple -use bags designed to carry purchased items; <br />Article 6 Sec. 37. 242 <br />
