HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />267.1 (70) N-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)isobutyramide (4-fluoroisobutyryl <br />267.2 fentanyl or para-fluoroisobutyryl fentanyl); <br />267.3 (71) N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylacrylamide (acryl fentanyl or <br />267.4 acryloylfentanyl); <br />267.5 (72) 2-methoxy-N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylacetamide (methoxyacetyl <br />267.6 fentanyl); <br />267.7 (73) N-(2-fluorophenyl)-N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)propionamide (ortho-fluorofentanyl <br />267.8 or 2-fluorofentanyl); <br />267.9 (74) N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenyltetrahydrofuran-2-carboxamide <br />267.10 (tetrahydrofuranyl fentanyl); and <br />267.11 (75) Fentanyl-related substances, their isomers, esters, ethers, salts and salts of isomers, <br />267.12 esters and ethers, meaning any substance not otherwise listed under another federal <br />267.13 Administration Controlled Substance Code Number or not otherwise listed in this section, <br />267.14 and for which no exemption or approval is in effect under section 505 of the Federal Food, <br />267.15 Drug, and Cosmetic Act, United States Code , title 21, section 355, that is structurally related <br />267.16 to fentanyl by one or more of the following modifications: <br />267.17 (i) replacement of the phenyl portion of the phenethyl group by any monocycle, whether <br />267.18 or not further substituted in or on the monocycle; <br />267.19 (ii) substitution in or on the phenethyl group with alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyl, hydroxyl, halo, <br />267.2o haloalkyl, amino, or nitro groups; <br />267.21 (iii) substitution in or on the piperidine ring with alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyl, ester, ether, <br />267.22 hydroxyl, halo, haloalkyl, amino, or nitro groups; <br />267.23 (iv) replacement of the aniline ring with any aromatic monocycle whether or not further <br />267.24 substituted in or on the aromatic monocycle; or <br />267.25 (v) replacement of the N-propionyl group by another acyl group. <br />267.26 (c) Opium derivatives. Any of the following substances, their analogs, salts, isomers, <br />267.27 and salts of isomers, unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, <br />267.28 whenever the existence of the analogs, salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible: <br />267.29 (1) acetorphine; <br />267.30 (2) acetyldihydrocodeine; <br />267.31 (3) benzylmorphine; <br />Article 8 Section 1. 267 <br />
