HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />284.1 (lix) testosterone (17 [beta] -hydroxyandrost-4-en-3 -one); <br />284.2 (lx) tetrahydrogestrinone <br />284.3 (13 [beta], 17 [alpha] -diethyl- 17 [beta] -hydroxygon-4,9,1 1-trien-3-one); <br />284.4 (lxi) trenbolone (17[beta]-hydroxyestr-4,9,11-trien-3-one); <br />284.5 (lxii) any salt, ester, or ether of a drug or substance described in this paragraph. <br />284.6 Anabolic steroids are not included if they are: (A) expressly intended for administration <br />284.E through implants to cattle or other nonhuman species; and (B) approved by the United States <br />284.8 Food and Drug Administration for that use; <br />284.9 (2) Human growth hormones. <br />284.10 (3) Chorionic gonadotropin, except that a product containing chorionic gonadotropin is <br />284.11 not included if it is: <br />284.12 (i) expressly intended for administration to cattle or other nonhuman species; and <br />284.13 (ii) approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for that use. <br />284.14 (g) Hallucinogenic substances. Dronabinol (synthetic) in sesame oil and encapsulated <br />284.15 in a soft gelatin capsule in a United States Food and Drug Administration approved product. <br />284.16 (h) Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing the following narcotic <br />284.17 drug or its salt: buprenorphine. <br />284.18 (i) Marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinols, and synthetic cannabinoids. Unless specifically <br />284.19 excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any natural or synthetic material, compound, <br />284.20 mixture, or preparation that contains any quantity of the following substances, their analogs, <br />284.21 isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of isomers, esters, and ethers, whenever the existence <br />284.22 of the isomers, esters, ethers, or salts is possible: <br />284.23 (1) marijuana; <br />284.24 (2) tetrahydrocannabinols naturally contained in a plant of the genus Cannabis, except <br />284.25 that tetrahydrocannabinols do not include any material, compound, mixture, or preparation <br />284.26 that qualifies as industrial hemp as defined in section 18K.02, subdivision 3; synthetic <br />284.27 equivalents of the substances contained in the cannabis plant or in the resinous extractives <br />284.28 of the plant; or synthetic substances with similar chemical structure and pharmacological <br />284.29 activity to those substances contained in the plant or resinous extract, including but not <br />284.30 limited to 1 cis or trans tetrahydrocannabinol, 6 cis or trans tetrahydrocannabinol, and 3,4 <br />284.31 cis or trans tetrahydrocannabinol. <br />Article 8 Sec. 2. 284 <br />
