The purpose of this urbanized district is to accommodate detached residential dwelling units <br />7 on suitable land and shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br />8 (B) Application —This district shall be applied to properties guided Low Density or Medium Density <br />9 Residential within the MUSA as shown on the current Comprehensive Plan where sanitary sewer and <br />10 water infrastructure is available. <br />11 <br />12 415 R2—Medium Density Residential District <br />13 (A) Purpose. i he purpose of this urbanized district is to accommodate detached and attached dwelling <br />14 units on suitable land and shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br />15 (B) Application — This district shall be applied to properties guided Low or Medium Density Residential <br />16 within the MUSA as shown on the current Comprehensive Plan where sanitary sewer and water <br />17 infrastructure is available. <br />18 <br />19 416 R3—High Density Residential District <br />20 (A) Purpose. The uses have been allocated to the individual districts <br />to allow reasonable use of properties in a manner that is compatible with the purpose of each residential <br />zoning district, the overall purpose of this chapter, and the Comprehensive Plan. Whenever in any zoning <br />district a use is neither specifically permitted or denied, the use shall be considered prohibited. <br />421 Principal Uses <br />Permitted and conditional principal uses are listed in the following table for each of the districts in this <br />section.
