Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 460 to the contrary, Game <br />7 Fair parking on residentially zoned property may be permitted in required side and front yards only during <br />8 the period of the annual "Game Fair" event conducted by Armstrong Kennels. <br />9 <br />10 463 Residential Driveways <br />11 (A) When Required. <br />12 (1) A driveway shall be required for all attached accessory buildings with a doorway opening <br />13 meeting or exceeding eight feet wide by seven feet tall. <br />14 (2) If a detached accessory building serves as the primary garage, a driveway shall be <br />15 installed. <br />16 (B) Surface Materials <br />17 (1) Urbanized districts: driveway materials shall consist of concrete, bituminous, or driveway- <br />18 rated pavers for a continuous hard surface. <br />19 (2) Rural Residential or Urban Reserve Districts: driveway materials shall consist of concrete, <br />20 bituminous, driveway -rated pavers, or a minimum two-inch Class-V gravel. <br />21 (C) Driveways shall be setback at least five feet from interior side or rear property lines. <br />22 (D) Driveway widths shall not exceed 30 feet at the street, through the public right-of-way, and the first <br />23 five feet of the adjacent yard to the right-of-way where the driveway is accessing. <br />24 (F) No more than 50 percent of a front yard may be covered by a driveway. <br />25 <br />26 465 Residential Waste Management <br />27 (A"' Outdoor waste -eceptacles serving single- and two-family dwellings and licensed residential <br />28 facilities must be in either the rear or the side yard and mK,s+ beescrooRoed fr.,M r,�'4,1�r Y e w and <br />29-„1;-,,.or+ I„+� <br />30 (B) Waste receptacles serving townhomes, multi -family, or non-residential uses must be located within <br />31 an interior trash room, a garage, or an exterior waste enclosure designed of masonry construction <br />32 and opaque gates compatible with the building's architecture. <br />33 <br />34 470 Residential Landscaping Standards <br />35 (A) Intent. fhe City of Ramsey recognizes the advantages that landscaping and screening can provide, <br />36 including enhanced health, safety, aesthetic, ecological and economic value.
