1 (E) Drive-thrus. In addition to the standards set forth in Section 525, drive-thrus accessory to business <br />2 uses in COR have the following standards: <br />3 Within the COR-1 subdistrict, the drive-thru lane shall be located in the rear or side yard <br />4 only. A drive thru lane shall not be located adjacent to any destination street as classified in <br />5 the COR design framework. <br />6 2. Within the COR-2a and COR-3 subdistricts there shall be no more than one drive-thru lane <br />7 serving a given use. <br />8 3. Within the COR-2b subdistrict there shall be no more than two drive-thru lanes serving a <br />9 given use. <br />10 4. Drive-thru lanes are not permitted in the front yard or within the front build -to -line. <br />11 <br />12 , <br />13 f"►r_:4de GGFnir-n hniah+ is �► mOn*m� �m of ii ���� on h�i"h+I %A %� %A . <br />14 <br />15 630 Bulk Standards <br />16 All bulk standards within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br />17 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. The <br />18 following requirements shall also apply: <br />19 (A) All structures within the COR-1 Subdistrict must be at least 22 feet in height with a two-story <br />20 appearance. <br />21 <br />22 660 COR Parking Standards <br />23 All parking within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is incorporated into <br />24 this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. Quantity and parking <br />25 lot or structure design standards shall follow the standards set forth in Section 460 for residential uses <br />26 and 560 for business or mixed -use uses. <br />27 <br />28 670 COR Landscaping Standards <br />29 All landscaping, including streetscape requirements, within the COR district shall meet the COR <br />30 Development Framework that is incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city <br />31 council on November 27, 2012. <br />32 <br />33 Model business and multi -family standards? Reduced rate? <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 680 COR Architectural Design Standards <br />37 All architectural designs within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br />38 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 700 Planned Unit Developments (PUD) <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 710 Districts Established and Purpose <br />45 The Planned Unit Development districts are hereby established according their purpose and the intent of <br />46 the Comprehensive Plan.
