Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-042 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF “PARKSIDE <br />TOWNHOMES” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey at COR, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Applicant,” properly <br />applied for Preliminary Plat approval of the following described properties located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />th <br /> Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey Town Center 7 Addition <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat would replat Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey <br />th <br />Town Center 7 Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan at its meeting on <br />December 1, 2022 and directed the Applicant to proceed to the Preliminary Plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and reviewed the <br />Preliminary Plat on February 23, 2023 and recommended approval of the project contingent upon <br />the Applicant enhancing the exterior finish of the fronts and sides of buildings that face a public <br />street with stone or brick. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of “Parkside <br />Townhomes” in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with staff review comments, including architectural enhancements on the <br />fronts and sides of buildings facing public roads; and <br />b) Inclusion of a Street Light Plan, in accordance with the Master Lighting Plan found <br />within The COR Design Framework, as part of the Final Plat submittal. <br />c) Approval of the Stormwater Management Plan by the Lower Rum River <br />Watershed Management Organization. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br />
