CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Closed Session on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma (attended remotely) <br />Acting Mayor Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Chelsee Howell (attended remotely) <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Michael Olson <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />Councilmember Matt Woestehoff (joined at 8:09 p.m.) <br />Also Present: City Administrator Brian Hagen <br />Community Development Director Hanson <br />City Attorney Fritz Knaak <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Riley called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 6:40 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Attorney - Client Privileged Discussion of Litigation: PSD Holdings, LLC v. City of <br />Ramsey - Closed to the Public <br />City Attorney Knaak discussed the lawsuit being brought against the City by PSD Holdings. <br />RECESS AND RECONVENE <br />The Closed Session meeting recessed at 6:51 p.m. <br />The Closed Session meeting reconvened at 8:09 p.m. <br />2.01: Attorney - Client Privileged Discussion of Litigation: PSD Holdings, LLC v.
