Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cook, Councilmember Olson, and Mayor <br />Gamec. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Elvig. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve the regular meeting <br />minutes of January 17, 2006 as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cook, Mayor Gamec, and Councilmember <br />Olson. Voting No: None.
