The only Irk performed <br />will be the minimum amount necessary to keep the street reasonably safe <br />for vehicular traffic. <br />All preventative maintenance shall be funded by the City for streets where <br />preventative maintenance is cost effective. On deteriorated streets, no <br />preventative maintenance shall be performed except at the sole expense <br />and request of the adjoining property owners <br />M Period of Assessments <br />Assessments shall be spread over the life of the project.
