Wesam: <br />Based on a residents complaint and our inspection of your property we <br />have determined that you are in violation of the City Ordinance inasmuch <br />as you have moved to your premises a box car without Council approval or <br />acquiring a building permit. In a telephone conversation with you <br />Tuesday, July l, 1980, you indicated you would meet with us at our office <br />Thursday, July 3, 1980 at 10:00 A.]~. to discUss this issue. However, you <br />failed to attend this meeting and did not contact us to establish another <br />meeting. <br /> Therefore, in view of the fact that the moving of a structure into the <br /> City' of Rmmsey without prior approval is~ mu ordinance violation, you are <br /> hereby notified that you shall remove this box car from the City within <br /> fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter.
