Dave Hexom <br />E M L Enterprises, Inc. <br />9349 West Highway #10 <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Moved in building <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Hexom: <br /> <br />The City Council, at their regular meeting of July 22, 1980, ~eviewed <br />m~ letter to you of July 7, 1980, and have concluded the following in <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> 1) That implementation of my order to remove the boxcar <br />moved to your property in violation of City ordinance shall be delayed <br />contingent upon your compliance with the following: <br /> <br />a) That you shal'l prepare a complete site plan which <br />shall encompass all properties nsed by your operation <br />showing structure locations, location and designation <br />of items for sale, as well as general improvements of <br />your property in respect to its visual appearance. <br /> <br />b) That you shall present this information to the City <br />of Ramsey Planning Commission at their regular meeting <br />of August 4, 1980 for their review and recommendations <br />to the City Council <br /> <br />If this ~roposal is not acceptable to you, then my letter of July 7, <br />1980 ordering the-removal of the boxcar stands and you shall have it <br />removed immediately. Failure to do so is a misdemeanor and subject to <br />penalties thereof. If the Council proposal is acceptable then you <br />shall schedule a meeting with us on or before July 30, 1980. <br /> <br />Failure on your part to respond in writing on how you intend to proceed <br />with this matter on or before Wednesday July 30, 1980, may be construed as <br />your intent not to comply and shall be turned over to the City Attorney <br />for legal action. <br /> <br /> <br />
