MINNESOTA CABLE COMIqU.qICATIONS BOARD <br /> <br />Proposed Motion <br /> <br />M/ , S/ <br /> that the expansion of the established Anoka / Champlin Ramsey Cable <br /> Service Territory to include the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Andover, as proposed by t~e City of Andover, a Minnesota municipality, <br /> be and hereby is approved. Such approval does not constitute a pre- <br /> sumption that the municipalities above named are constrained from <br /> granting more than one franchise in order to provide service to <br /> substantially all parts of the territory herein described and approved. <br /> The Board's adoption of the staff report and recommendations dated <br /> October 14, 1980 constitutes its finding of fact and is the basis for <br /> <br />its approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
