Peltzer: <br /> <br />As you mow, on July 8, 1980, the Ramsey City Cottncil agreed to split the <br />lot on which your home is built such that the house would be on a lot v~th <br />200' frontage ~nd the northerly I00' would be deemed an tmbuildable lot <br />until City sewer is available. At that time, the Cotuncil requested that <br />you provide the City ~th the proper legal descriptions describing the two <br />new lots to be created. <br /> <br />Also, some time ago, I requested these legal descriptions too. <br /> <br />To date, I have not received this information and v~thout t.his information <br />the appropriate resolution cam_not be drawn and, of course, cannot take <br />effect. <br /> <br />I, ~nerefore, request that you fomvard to me the two legal descriptions at <br />your very earliest convenience so that we might finally conclude this matter. <br />Until receipt of this information, the resolution cannot be dra~m. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY~0F <br /> <br />William K.
