The following is hereby sub- <br /> mitted for your information on this case as enclosure (D3-e): <br /> <br />a) Building Inspector's letter dated July 7, 1980, notifying <br /> him of the zoning violation. <br /> <br />b) Council ndnutes dated July 22, 1980, in regards to Mr. <br /> Hexom' s problem. <br /> <br />c) B~ildlng Inspector's letter dated Juuly 23, 1980 informing <br /> him of Couucil action. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Building Inspector's letter dated August 1, 1980 to William <br />Goodrich, City Attorney, requesting his assistauce on this <br />O~Se. <br /> <br />Comments: After all this time, Mr. Mexom has now requested to <br />spe~k to the Council on his zoning violation. The thing about <br />this case is it has cost the City time and money when both are <br />difficult factors for the City of Ramsey to come by these days. <br /> <br />Co~ucil Action: Your action will be to give direction on this <br />case. I assume you will direct him to the Plsm~uing s_ud Zoning <br />Commission. I do think the citizen should be up braided for <br />his action as he has cost the City money and time. <br /> <br /> <br />
