TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FRG~: Building Official <br /> <br />P~E: Moved indwelling <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 1980 <br /> <br />After payment of the $100.00 inspection fee, I today inspected a dwelling <br />in the City of Dayton for Mr. Curt Titterud. Mr. Titterud is requesting <br />authorization to move the dwelling to a lot he owns on 162nd Lane N.W. just <br />east of Jaspar Street N.W. (See attached) <br /> <br />inspection revealed the following: <br /> <br /> l) The dwelling is 26 x 32 or 832 square feet. This does <br /> not comply with the City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 2) The structure would appear to be about 25 years old snd <br /> is structurally sound. <br /> <br /> 3) The shingles would have to be replaced. <br /> 4) The eaves would have to be extended for proper ventilation <br /> of the attic area. <br /> <br /> 5) The insulation' does not meet code in those areas that <br /> could be observed. <br /> <br /> 6) The electrical system and installation does not comply <br /> with code. <br /> <br />Mr. Titterud has indicated he will add to the house to bring it in compliance <br />with the City Ordinance.
