RESOLUTION #80- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of R~msey, ~_noka County, <br />State of ~innesota, established a Bond Administrative Trust Fund #803 which <br />is to cover costs to administer City bond funds. <br /> WHEREAS, General Obligation Bond Fund 1980 (875M) #412 owes <br />the Bond Administration Trust Fund.#803 $22,995.13 which is for the follow- <br />ing construction project funds on a ratio basis: <br /> <br />80-1 $3,863.08 <br />80-2 823,02 <br />80-3 1,144.86 <br />80-4 909.70 <br />80-6 3,290.85 <br />80-8 992.92 <br />80-9 1,090.26 <br />80-10 1,575.55 <br />80-11 3,007.94 <br />80-12 3,118.66 <br />80-14 2,178.29 <br /> <br /> TOTAL $22,995.13 <br /> <br />NOW TH~P~KFOBE, BEFIT RESOLVER~BY_THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAU~EY,'ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF~INNESOTA, as-follows: '~ <br /> 1) It is hereby directed~that the General_Obligation Bond <br />Fund 1980 (875M) #412 Transfer $22,995.13 to the Bond Administrative Trust <br />Fund #803 which is to be used in covering the City's cost in administering <br />during the life of the above said bond issue. <br /> <br /> 2) It is further directed that the Accounting Department be <br />furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
