ADJOURNED COUNCIL ~EETING <br />CITY OF RANSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />An adjourned meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held at 6:30 P.M., <br />November 12, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which was adjourned from the regular Council <br />meeting of November 10, 1980. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />CounciLman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman}Hckelson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br /> City Administrator Schnelle <br /> Chief of Police Auspos <br /> Public Works Superintendent Mevissen <br /> Building Official Berg <br /> Jeanne Moen <br /> <br />~ayor Gamec called the adjourned Council meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. and <br />lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />~ayor Gamec asked the audience if any citizen had any input. <br />any response from the audience. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Council approved of the agenda whieh included three additional items as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> l) Buildable Lot - Case of ~r. Gary Gorham <br /> 2) Buildable Lot - Case of Mr. Eric Weis <br /> 3) Installation of fire door between fire meeting room and <br /> fire barn <br /> <br /> A discussion of the Council continued on the need for a fire door between <br /> the fire meeting room and fire barn. ~ayor Ga;nec stated that there was a <br /> definite need for the installa{ion of the door. Councilman Reimann asked <br /> if we had the money to purchase one and City Administrator Schnelle said <br /> we hadn't budgeted for it but it could be purchased as it would just in- <br /> crease, the expense side of the budget and surplus would be used to fund the <br /> purchase if the City had a complete spend down on budget, however, that was <br /> very unlikely. <br /> Councilman Cox indicated that it would be a real money saver to stop the <br /> heat loss we now have without a door. <br /> <br /> Page 1 <br />Special Council <br /> <br /> <br />
