Public Hearing <br />PSZ -1- <br />12/2/80 <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A public hearing of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was called <br />to order by Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, at 7:35 P.M., December 2, 1980. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Art Dunn <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Ron West <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Member absent: Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL; CASE OF RAMSEY RIDGE: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman, informed the Commission and public present <br />of the request of Mr. Charles Peterson for preliminary plat approval of <br />Ramsey Ridge. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Peterson presented his request and informed the Commission <br />that he had contacted the DNR in regards to cutting come of the pine <br />trees on the p~operty to prevent a fire hazzard. <br /> <br />Harold Hunt and M~.
