Ramsey <br /> Patricia Lindquist, Andover <br /> Donald Jacobson, Andover <br /> Attorney - Tom Creighton <br /> <br />The Minutes of October 9, 1980 were approved. <br />Report of Counsel. <br /> <br />Tom Creighton reported that Andover had complied <br />with all of the conditions of Commission Motion <br />10.9.2, and that Andover could now be formally <br />admitted to the Commission. <br /> <br />New Business. <br /> <br />A. Motion 11.13.1. Adopted. The City of Andover <br />shall be admittedto the Anoka/Champlin/Ramsey <br />Cable Commission as a result of the meeting of all <br />conditions of Motion 10.9.2 of this Commission. <br /> <br />B. General discussion: A general discussion <br />ensued regarding the Request for Proposals of the <br />Commission. Mr. Creighton conducted the discussion. <br />Mr. Creighton stated that he had discussed with <br />the Cable Television Information Center the possi- <br />bility of consulting on a part-time basis with the <br />Commission. The Commission could purchase for <br />approximately $700 the standard forms of the Cable <br />Television Information Center and could thereby <br />have any proposals received by the Commission <br />evaluated by the Cable Television Information <br />Center. Additionally, a local cable consultant, <br />Anita Benda, who is affiliated with Cable Television <br />Information Center stated that she would be willing. <br />at a later date to consult on a part-time basis, <br />if needed, with the Commission. Mr.. Jacobson <br />requested information regarding the.availability <br />of other cable consultants. A decision was deferred <br />until such time as the help of cable consultants <br />was needed. <br /> <br /> <br />
