Ed Fields, County Con~nissioner, letter dated October 23, 1980 in <br /> reference to DNR Public Waters Classifications <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McGirdey: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council has reviewed the contents of the Department of <br />Natural Resources' Public Waters Classification at their October 28, 1980 <br />Council meeting and Mayor Thomas Gamec attended the meeting at the Bunker <br />Hill Activity Center on November 6, 1980, which provided additional infor- <br />mation. <br /> <br />Further, the Ramsey City Council directed their City Engineer to review <br />Department of Natural Resources designation of Public Waters/Wetland and <br />submit his comments for Council review at their November 25, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />Accordingly, at the Ramsey Council meeting of November 25, 1980, the City <br />Council recommends that the finding contained in Mr. Peter R.
