This <br />is provided for your information regarding the status of <br />Revenue Sharing. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to incorporate the proposed <br />Revenue Sh~ring Budget uses into your regular budget. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM: <br /> <br />Council will have to adopt the following resolution to revise <br />our M SA Streets to get funded. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-g) contains three separate resolutions that Council <br />will have to adopt to get our revised MSA Street plan adopted. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />adoptin~ the above resolutions. If Council disapproves the <br />above resolutions, they should give staff direction as to what <br />they want done on this issue. <br /> <br />PLANS FOR UPCRADtNG STATE HIGHWAY #47 FROM 0.5 MILES SOUTH TO <br />0.5 MILES NORTH OF C.S.A.H. #5: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains a letter from the Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation Highway to City of Ramsey requesting that they <br />approve of the layout plans as provided by the State Highway <br />Department for this said project. <br /> <br />A copy of the layout plans are available for Council members to <br />review at the City Hall and will also be available at the meet- <br />ing. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove. If <br />you disapprove, you will have to state your reasons. <br /> <br />HEXOM REGARDING MOVED IN BUILDING WITHOUT PEP&r~SSION: <br /> <br />This matter was directed to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />and they will review it at the December 15, 1980 meeting. Con- <br />sequently, I will have a memo for you on this Tuesday, December 16, <br />1980. <br /> <br />LOCAL GO~NT AID TO CITIES DISTRIBUTION: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Legislative Committee (Councilmen Cox and Sorteberg <br />and City Administrator Schnelle) along with Mayor Vetter, Skyline; <br />Mayor Kaasa, Lake Crystal; met with Governor Quie at ll:30 A.M., <br />Friday, December 5, 1980. Others in attendance at this meeting <br />were legislators John Clawson and John Weaver. <br /> <br />Mayor Vetter of Skyline gave the presentation to Governor Quie <br />which is enclosed as enclosure (D2-i). Mr. Vetter did an out- <br />standing job in delivering this presentation. The presentation <br />did an excellent job in pointinE out the vast inequities in <br />this law. <br /> <br /> <br />
