Your next action will be as follows on each of the~'following projects: Council should first review the contents of enclosure (D2-a) as this shows what the estimated feasibility costs for a unit mud actual for each~projedt~ You will note that-all costs decreased so the citizens shouldn't feel too bad. Council will have to set the interest rate for each resolution adopted. You have set the interest rate at eight and one-half ~8½%) per cent for the 1980 projects. a) 158th, Kmmacite & 159th Avenue Project #80-8: The following background information is hereby submitted as enclosure (D2-b) for this project. Council members shotuld also review enclosure (D2-a) l) Cost to be assessed out to each property owner. 2) Map showing scope of project. 3) Proposed resolution to be adopted. Council Action: Your action will be to adopt Resolution Adopting Assessment. Now, shotuld Council delete anyone from the assessment rolls or change an assessment, this will require a separate resolution.
