RESOLUTION #80- RESOLUTION ADOPTINGASSESSMENT WHEREAS, pursumnt to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met mud heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: a) Sodium Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 16Oth Lane N.W. b) Radium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. c) Potassium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and OsiumStreet N.W. d) 0slum Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. e) Lithium Street N.Wo lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Laue N.W. f) 159th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Sodium Street N.W. g) 160th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section lY,, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of State Highway #47. All of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the S6utheast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANSEY, ANOKA cOUNTY, STATE OF ~INNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improve- ment in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual install- ments extending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first ~onday in January, 1981 and shall bear
