It has been reported to us that your dog has <br />chased and attempted to bite people which could result in a very serious <br />situation. <br /> <br />This letter is to inform you that we do have a dog ordinance in the City of <br />Ramsey which states dogs must be leashed or contained at all times. We are <br />enclosing a copy of our ordinance which deals with animals at large, <br />ferocious or'vicious animals, and the declarations of nuisances affecting <br />the public peace and safety for your information.
