TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Plat 89203 Parcel 4210 <br /> <br />DATE: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Today, at the request of the homeowner I inspected the above referenced <br />parcel to determine if it was a buildable lot. It was recorded in 1964 <br />and in my opinion is buildable except for the lack of street frontage as <br />required by ordinance. As you can see by the attached sketch, this parcel <br />lies just north of the Stafford residence and only has 66' feet of right- <br />of-way frontage. The other questions that I have in this regard are: <br /> <br />l) Has the street been accepted as a city street? (There <br /> is no cul-de-sac right-of-way provided.) <br /> <br />2) If this has been accepted as a city stree% what is it <br /> named?
