MN 55303 <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />J.anuary 12, 1981 <br /> <br /> Beginning with bills issued on or after January 18, 1981, North Central <br />Public Service Co. will be decreasing the natural gas rates in your area for a <br />two-month period. The decrease is being made to distribute refunds North Central <br />has received from Northern Natural Gas Company in Docket No. RP78-56 and Michigan <br />Wisconsin Pipe Line Company in Docket No. RP79-39. <br /> <br /> The average residential spaceheating customer will receive a reduction of <br />about $4.50 due to this temporary two-month reduction in the Purchased Gas Adjust- <br />ment, while an average commercial spaceheating customer will experience an approx- <br />imate $19.00 reduction in their bill in the two-month period.
