Adopt a six month moratorium on our subdivision code <br /> to enable staff the time to prepare a new subdivision <br /> code. <br /> <br />We can allow development duming that time providing developer <br />will sign an agreement that he will agree to the new proposed <br />regulation in the development of his plat. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have been <br />informed of the contents contained in paragraph one of the <br />above enclosure. <br /> <br />Also, you will have to direct the City Attorney to propare an <br />environmental assessment ordinance. If Council does not want <br />this done; Council should have a motion to that fact for <br />hlstomlcal purposes. <br /> <br />Also, you will have to direct the City Staff to prepare a new <br />subdivision ordinance.
