Type or print the exact same legal description as given in Attachment
B, Item (3). Only certified, eligible land can be designated as an
agricultural preserve.

3. At mid-page, type or print the name of the Authority (or Authorities)
which granted eligibility to your land.

4. Type or print the name of your Authority in Item (5).

5. At the bottom of the page, where the statement begins "This instrument
was completed by .... "type or print the name of the person who
completed this Restrictive Covenant.

6. The reverse side of the Restrictive Covenant is provided for the
notarized signatures of the Owners and the local Authority. When you
filled out Attachment A you determined how many people are involved.
If you are the sole owner, then all that is needed is your notarized
signature and date. But, if any others are identified in Attachment
A, most probably a Contract for Deed Vendor, then their notarized
signatures must be included as well. Spaces are provided for up to
two such signatures. Any more than two can be placed on the
Restrictive Covenant in the same manner as the others. A
representative of the local Authority must also sign the Covenant. In
the case where two or more Authorities are involved, an additional
space is provided.

Step Four:

Take all three parts of the application form to your Authority.
The Authority will review the three parts in order to determine
that all items are correctly and completely filled in. When this
is determined, the Authority will sign and date Attachment A in
Item {9), and will enter the date of placement of land into
agricultural preserve status in Item (10). The date in Item (10)
is exactly 30 days from the date entered by the Authority in Item
(9).

The Authority will give the original copy of the entire
application to the County Recorder for proper recording.
to ask for a copy of the completed application form.

Remember

-6-
