Benson <br />Construction, 79-112 Carson Homes, 79-94 Roger Sheehy,; <br />Masonry: 79-102 Larson Construction, Inc., 79-107 Quality Cement Company; <br />Sewer: 79-35 Dan's Cesspool, 79-114 Greg's Sewer Service; <br />Excavator: 79-108 Lee's li te Excavating, 79-109 Hatch Excavati ng, Inc .,,79-92 <br />Richard Barstow; <br />Garbage: 79-103 Larry's Quality Sanitation; <br />Roofing: 79-106 Kummala Roofing; <br />Plumbing: 79-104 Zachman Plumbing, 79-113 Dennis L. Hazelton. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: Councilman Cox. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox asked Adm. Schnelle if the licensing form had been revised <br />so that the clerks obtain all the necessary data as required by the ordinance <br />for the issuance of licenses, home occupations, etc. <br /> <br />Adm. Schnelle replied that he is working on a new form. <br /> <br />Discussion held regarding home occupations. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich stated that is is inconsistent with the Ordinance to issue <br />a license to a person in the City for example: for roofing and not to issue <br />a home occupation along with it (if the person lives in the City limits). <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox to adjourn. <br />Councilman Cox withdrew the motion. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AIRPORT STUDY <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to bill Greenberg's <br />Industrial Park for $1100 which is the remaining balance due on the Airport <br />Study. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to hire Arlene <br />Peddycoart to assist the Legislative Committee for a total maximum of 40 hours. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />WILBUR CHAPMAN REQUEST EQUIPMENT RENTAL INCREASE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the expenditure <br />of $8.00 an hour for rent on a tractor from Wilbur Chapman.. <br />
