Mr. Mickelson <br />is not living at the premises at the present time and has <br />been running his plumbing business out of the building that <br />is located on said premises for the past several years. <br />Under the City of Ramsey's zoning code, said premises is <br />zoned residential. <br /> <br />In addition to the above described premises, Mr. Mickelson's <br />incorporated business owns an interest in the following des- <br />cribed property located in the City of Ramsey, County of <br />Anoka, and legally described as: <br /> <br /> Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Gateway North Industrial <br /> Park, Plat Two (2), Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Unlike the first described premises, this premises is zoned <br />for industrial use under the zoning code for the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Given the above facts, Mrs. Mickelson would like to ask if <br />this Council would approve the relocation of the building <br />and the business presently located at 18101 Ramsey Blvd. <br />Ramsey, <br /> <br />Minnesota, which address is zoned for residential use, <br /> <br /> <br />
