Mayor Gamec opposed this suggestion. He stated this type of <br />support should be on a personal and individual basis. <br />Motion by Councilperson Cox to present the Ramsey resident with <br />commendation for action he took by a letter or present with <br />something showing supporting action. There was no second to the <br />motion. <br /> <br />Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilperson Sorteberg stated the City has no <br />jurisdiction to get involved. <br /> <br />SIGN ORDINANCE ~-~ <br />Motion by Councilperson Sorteberg and seconded by Councilperson Co <br />to amend the sign ordinance to need a special use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec. Councilperson Sorteberg, <br />Councilperson Reimann, Councilperson Cox and Councilperson Van Wagner. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilperson Cox and seconded by Councilperson Sorteberg <br />to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
