pHASE II suMMARY REPORT <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> This report presents the results of the second phase of a study <br /> that identifies community problems ar£sln§ from conflicts between railroad <br /> operations and community activities and evaluates possible solutions to <br /> these conflicts.
