A street address map should be submitted as per City Code Article 170.0130 <br /> D.m. <br /> <br />2. The Construction of the temporary cul,de-sac on 150th Lane N.W. should be <br /> specifically called for in the performance contract. <br /> <br />3. The developer provide an easement for drainage from 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />4. A plan be provided showing which lots will be developed with restrictions <br /> placed on the unbuildable lots. <br /> We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $11,800. The bond or escrow <br /> requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $17,700. <br /> We would recommend approval of the final plat .with the following conditions: <br />1.
