AGREENfl~NT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, ~/innesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City" and Sidney Schaumburg, 2185 East 17th <br />Avenue, North St. Paul, }~innesota, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant." <br /> ~VHEREAS, the Applicant ovrns 80 acres of vacant land in Section 26, <br />To~.mship ]2, Range 25 that is landlocked. <br /> <br /> I'~tEREAS, the Applicant has entered into a purchase agreement with <br />~/r. John Thorne to purchase approximately 1] acres of land, on which said <br />13 acres of ]and would provide the Applicant access to an easement that <br />terminates at a public right-of-way. <br /> <br /> WHARF, S, I~r. John Thorne has properly applied for a variance from <br />the subdivision ordinance to subdivide by metes and bounds. <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant and 1/r. John Thorne appeared before the <br />Planning Comrdssion (for a public hearing) and the City Council for their <br />approval. <br /> <br /> WH~, the City Council approved the Applicants request contin- <br /> gent upon his entering into and complying with the following agreement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HF~REBY AGREED TO BY AND BE~¥EEN THE PARTIES HERETO, as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> l) That because there is no frontage on a public right-of-way no <br />building permits shall be issued. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Applicant shall pay the appropriate park fees at such <br /> time as a b~uflding permit is issued or the properties are further subdivided. <br /> 3) That the Applicant agrees and understands that the property he <br /> is purchasing from John Thorne adjoins a private easement and not a City <br /> street as some City maps would indicate. <br /> <br /> 4) That the Applicant shall file this agreement as a part of the <br /> deed of the subdivided property and provide the City with proof of filing. <br /> <br />~~or, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Sidney Schaumburg <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br /> <br />
