(enel D2 Case 7): <br /> <br />The Council tabled the Contract for Fire Protection for 1981 until <br />the next regular meeting. <br />Case #8 Addendum - R~msey Landfill (encl D2 Case 8): <br />The City Office has one copy of the Bart Engineering report that <br />was done on the Ramsey Landfill for the Anoka County Board. The <br />Council noted the report and discussed as follows: <br /> Councilman Cox stated the report doesn't include what type of develop- <br /> ment can occur, what type of jobs and business could be there and <br /> suggested City Engineer Raati~ka prepare a rough overlay indicating <br /> what type of economic impact and development options for this area. <br /> Mayor Gamec asked City Engineer Raatikka for an approximate cost <br /> for preparation of an overlay. <br /> Councilman Cox stated the Borden report could be used for this project <br /> to determine the impact on this area. <br /> City E~gineer Raatlkka stated the approximate cost for preparation <br /> would run between $100.00 and $200.00. <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to have <br /> the City Engineer prepare an insert sheet for area surrounding the <br /> multi-purpose rec center included only if done in proper time frame <br /> and after discussion wtth Ralph McGinleywith the County at a maximum <br /> cost of $200.00. <br /> Motion carried.
