Voting yes: Nayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, <br />CounciLman Cox, Councilman Relmann, ~ud Councilwoman VanWagner. <br />Voting no: None. <br />Attorney Goodrich stated he will draft a proposal for amendment to <br />this Ordinance whichwill be proposed to the City Council and plsr~ulng <br />Commission as an Ordinance Review amending the Subdivision Ordinance <br />to bring it c~rrent with requirements under ~iinnesota Legislature <br />action concerning subdivisions. <br /> ll) Addendum Seminars/Workshop. CounciLman Reimsnn and Sorteberg will work on <br />a policy for payment of purchase requests. No approval for payment <br />of items included in enclosure D3-j was made. <br />In regard to the cabinets for the City Hall office, the Council <br />a~reed the specifications should be checked out further before <br />a decision can be made in regard to approval of a bid.
