Presently .all' funds have been pro- <br /> grammed for projects and new f6nds if any won't be available until July 1, <br /> 1981. .The city may make application and get on the list for future funding <br /> provided the projects meet state criteria. The main criteria for funding' <br /> includes, consistency with state, regional and.local plans, safety and <br /> promotion of transportation. 'Genemally 25 percent of the applications are <br /> eligible for funding which would cover 75 percent of the construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
