PERSONNEL EVALUATION FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR LLOYD G. SCHNELLE <br />FOR PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1980 through DECEMBER 31, 1980 <br /> <br />The City Council has worked closely with Lloyd Schnelle this <br />past year and in evaluating his overall performance find the <br />following: <br /> <br /> 1. He is a very inovative individual which has a net result of <br /> creating a very productive person <br /> <br /> 2. He has followed through on assiguments and executed each <br /> one in a very proficient manner. <br /> <br /> 3. As it appears, he has carefully scrutinized the financial <br /> records and accounts of the City and has saved sizable sums <br /> of monies for the City. <br /> <br /> 4. His capacity as a supervisor is very outstanding. He has a <br /> good working relationship with the employees. He is g fair and <br /> personable leader and is well liked and respected by the employ= <br /> ees he supervises. <br /> <br /> 5, He is very conscle~ious and dedicated to his job. <br /> <br />6. He trains his staff extremely well which creates a very <br /> productive type individual for the city and also creates <br /> a very efficient city staff. <br /> <br />7.
