CITY OF RA~SEY <br />AGRE~I~NT TO GUARANTEE C0~PLL~qCE WITH <br /> DEVEIDP~ENT cONDITIONS ESTABLIS~LED <br /> BY THE cITY OF HALSEY <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br />To assure that all conditions of approval established by the City of R~ms~y <br />for all non-residential developments, be fully understood by the applicant <br />and assure %hat the Applicsnt fully complies with all conditions established <br />by this agreement. <br /> T.~,kL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 1 Block 5 Riverside West and is <br /> generally knov~n as 13751 Dolomite Street <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF AGREemENT <br /> 1) Applicant shall submit to the City a site plan as <br /> approved by the City. Said plan shall he marked as Exhibit "A" and shall <br /> become a part of this agreement, <br /> 2) Applicant shall complete his building and site improve- <br /> ments prior to September 25, 1981. <br /> 3) Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey, <br /> cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond, or other <br /> suitable security acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 <br /> per cent (!50%) of the cost of completing all landscaping improvements to <br /> including landscaping as shown on the approved site plan, final site <br /> grading, lighting, driveways or parking areas, curbing and approved fire <br /> 18ne. Construction of the building shall be as shown on the building <br /> design plan or as shown as an alternate for the front exterior. Applicant <br /> acknowledges that failure to complete the improvements defined above by <br /> September 25, 1981, shall result in forfeiture of the financial guarantees <br /> - - -~ Parking area shall be constructed of four <br /> provi, ded to the City or ~amsey. · of bituminous mat <br /> ~4~ inches of Class V base material and two (2) inches <br /> surfacing. Escrow amount is $15,000.00. <br /> 4) As applicant complies by completing the site conditions <br /> defined under Item 3, the City of Ramsey maY release all or any portion of, <br /> the financial guarantee upon written request to the City of Ramsey, however, <br /> in no event shall the City of Ramsey release any amount which would reduce <br /> the remaining guarantee below 150% of the cost to complete all remaining <br /> site conditions. <br /> 5) Applicant shall submit corrected building plans as re- <br /> quired by the Building Official in his letter of ~srch 9, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
