PROCEEDINGS OF THE cITY coUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF PMJ~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF liINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meetingof the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, February <br />24, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Bottlevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />}~ayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox <br /> Councilwoman VauWagner <br /> <br />Also Present: City Engineer Raatikka <br /> City Attorney Goodrich <br /> Press Representative Sandin <br />}~ayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sharp, 2308 Vincent Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minngsota, <br />55411, came before the council to inquire about the possibility of having a <br />custom knife-making business run out of a home in the City of Ramsey. <br />Sharp stated he was looking at a property on the corner of Highway 47 and <br />63. <br /> Mayor Cameo stated he would need to have a public hearing for a home <br /> occupation permit and asked the council for their opinion. The council <br /> discussed and agreed they would need more details and would place it on <br /> the agenda for the February 24, 1981 meeting under New Business to discuss <br /> further with the Sharps. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />A. MINUTES FOR APPROVAL <br /> 1. Regular Council meetLugof FebruarY 10, 1981 (Fmc. A-l) <br />Motion by Councilwoman VanWagner and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve <br />the regular council meeting minutes of February 10, 1981, with the following <br />corrections: <br /> <br /> Page 8; Lines 5 and 6 to read; <br /> Councilwoman VanWagner stated any agreement with the comprehensive plan must <br /> be approved by the Metropolitau Council. <br /> C/FebruarY 24, 1981 <br /> <br /> <br />
