Plan (D2-e) P~oposed resolutions on Comprehensive Plans (D2-f) Ordinance amendment regarding cul-de-sac (D2-g) Ordinance on keeping of certain animals CASE #1: DENNIS DONOVAN, PARK AND RECREATION CHAIRMAN, REGARDING PROPOSED BOND ISSUE FOR IMPROVEMENT: Mr. Dennis Donovan will be present to discuss this issue with the City Council. CASE #2: DNR WETLANDS MAP OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY REVISED: Background Information: Mr. Bob Hutchinson f~om Anoka County will be present to discuss the contents of enclosure (D2-a) and Exhibit ~l with Council members. Council Action: The County is seeking municipal support on this wetlands issue with the Department of Natural Reso~ses. Council will be asked to give support to Anoka County to support them in their efforts and the City should suppol~t them. CASE #3: FEASIBILITY REPORT ON PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR PELTZER ADDITION: Background Information: Enclosure (D2-b) contains the City Engineer's feasibility report on this proposed project that has been petitioned by the citizens who reside in the area. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the feasibility report. If Cotmcil approves of the feasibility report, you will have to take the following action. Ad, pt the resolution receiving report and call for hearing on improvement. Please refer to enclosure (D2-c) for resolution to be adopted if you approve the feasibility repo~t.
