Findings of Fact <br />Meadowbrook Estates <br /> <br /> 1) That on June 2, 1950, the developer presented a preliminary plat <br /> to the City's Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> 2) That the'plat presented on June 2, 19S0 was a revised plat consist- <br /> lng of less acreage than a preliminary plat presented by the developer <br /> at an earlier date. <br /> 3) That becaUse of the similarity with the earlier plat and the plat <br /> presented on June 2, 1980, the Planning and Zoning ComnLission determined <br /> that a new public hearing was not necessary. <br /> 4) That the 0ity Engineermade°certain recommendations reg~rd~ the <br /> plat in a letter dated June 2, 1980 and addressed to the plannin~ <br /> Commission, and which letter the City Council has reviewed. <br /> 5) That the pl~uning and Zoning Commission passed a re~olution approv- <br /> ing the plat subject to the City Engineer's recommendations slong with <br /> other matters, and that said resolution is incorporated herein as if <br /> fully set forth. (See Exhibit #1'attached) <br /> 6) That the City Council reviewed the previous preliminary plat on <br /> March ll, 1980, and it was a consensUS that the park dedication should <br /> include corridors on both sides of Trott Brook instead of only'one <br /> side.
